Crack Injection

Anchored Walls uses an expanding sealant to fill vertical cracks in cracked walls and in poured foundations. For best results, the sealant should be used in foundations that are not actively moving. If the foundation moves after the sealant is injected into the crack it may break open in the future. The Crack Injection procedure can be completed within one day.

Crack Injection Procedure Steps

  1. Holes are drilled into the cracked walls for the sealant to be injected into the crack.
  2. Ports are installed along the cracked walls.
  3. The cracked walls are sealed on the inside with Rockite to prevent the sealant from coming out of the crack.
  4. The sealant is injected into the cracked walls by using the ports.
  5. The ports may be cut off and plugged at customer's discretion.
